Request for a Reduction in Timetable

As a SEN school, we are aware that sometimes our pupils need to request a reduction in their timetable; whether for transport arrangements or as a reflection of the pupil's care needs.

Please complete the form below to formally request a reduction in timetable for a period of time (rather than an adhoc absence for a medical appointment, for example)
